HEWN will also advise flexible workspace operators on expansion opportunities throughout the UK on traditional and non-traditional agreements.
Will has been an adviser in the flexible workspace sector for 15 years and specialises in management agreements and joint venture arrangements between owners and operators. He provides expert commentary on the sector and is also a Chartered Surveyor.
He said: “The creation of HEWN is in response to the ever-evolving office market. By providing specialist advice, both commercial property owners and operators will be able to tailor their assets to meet today’s tenant demands.”
