At its core, AI is being used to confront two business-related challenges: operational tasks and customer interactions.
For instance, AI tools can collect data, such as customer reviews, to ensure that business performance is as optimal as possible. From there, leaders can adjust practices that may improve current processes.
AI can also help managers keep track of how workers are doing, especially at a time when employee wellbeing is essential to a productive workplace. Using internal surveys, AI has the ability to notify leaders when a worker may feel unsatisfied and give them the opportunity to address any potential issues an employee could be facing.
