LinkedIn has introduced a new search filter that makes it easier for users to seek remote, hybrid, and on-site jobs.
Now when users access LinkedInโs search function, job results will feature labels that identify the positionsโ specific work arrangement.

Additionally, the platformโs Open To Work option will allow job seekers to inform recruiters the type of work policy they are looking for.
LinkedIn is also allowing companies to include vaccine policies and return-to-office plans on their profiles.

When testing these new options, LinkedIn reported over 70% of searches including people seeking remote-only jobs, making it clear that the workforce is ready to move forward with new workplace practices and arrangements.
