The new Spaces location situated on North La Brea Avenue will feature 160 private offices, 12 meeting rooms, as well as 10 phone booths. 

This financing is expected to occur alongside the merger of Selina and special purpose acquisition company BOA, taking the coworking firm public.

The space will feature a cafe, coaching services, its metaverse technology for virtual collaboration called SUCCESS World, and more.

According to John Williams, chief marketing officer of The Instant Group, suburban flexible office markets are likely “above pre-pandemic levels.”

“More and more, workers want to live in a 15-minute city, where everything they need, including where they work, is within 15 minutes of their home,” said Mark Dixon.

WorkplaceCloud LLC will allow building owners to easily manage their white label or private label offices, as well as amenity offerings.

Through this partnership, THRIVE will seek to grow its presence from a few locations in Georgia to 500 across the US and Canada.

Historically, cities like New York City, and San Francisco have served as business hubs, but this new migration has allowed regions like Houston and Miami to shine.

Dixon believes that even full-time remote workers won’t continue to view this arrangement as “remotopia” as the lack of work-life boundaries begins to weigh on professionals.

From conference room bookings, desk usage, and space analysis, WeWork Workplace aims to provide users better insight into how their offices are being utilized.
