According to a new study called “HR Leaders & Hybrid Working Report” conducted by flexible office operator IWG, 80% of respondents said hybrid work can lead to a more satisfied workforce.

Referred to as “time-zone prejudice,” those working on the East Coast for a company headquartered in California may be expected to join meetings late into the evenings, and vice versa.

Sixty-three percent of businesses also said they would cut down their office footprint by 20% to 50%, while just 8% planned to seek larger spaces.
