OK, it’s probably more “etiquette” than survival.
But if you’ve ever sat next to someone in an open office who enjoys eating fish for lunch, or who insists on diving into your private conversations, or who just can’t stop humming, you’ll see why it’s akin to workplace survival.
There are plenty of ways to be an annoying coworker, and just as many ways to get yourself thrown out for unsociable behaviour.
After all, a good coworking environment is a community, and a good community needs harmony to function.
