Ask five people to define the true nature of London’s Soho and you’ll probably get five very different answers. However, the vocabulary used nowadays is highly likely to contain words like “vibrant”, “chic”, “eclectic”, “lively”, “exciting”, and “buzzing”.
Previous generations might have once included the word “sleazy” but in the main that image of Soho has long since been replaced by the creative arts, boutique shopping, imaginative and hugely diverse food & drink outlets amid some amazing and iconic architecture. “Quintessentially London” is one description that really fits the bill.
And so, when we approached the refurbishment of Reflex’s Wardour Street Business Centre, it was the marriage of the classic iconic London architecture to the contemporary and the chic nature of modern Soho that was the exciting challenge to our design teams.
And yet, as you can see from the photographs, they absolutely nailed it!
We are incredibly proud to present our newly refurbished Reflex centre in Wardour Street.
Right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Soho, we feel the centre has captured the true feel of the surrounding area. It can be both a safe haven, almost a Victorian gentleman’s club, when you need to work with the door closed and the world shut out but then is instantly transformed into a place for exciting new collaborations, for artistic endeavours, for innovation and the discarding of the old rules to make room for new ideas and fresh ways of working – perfectly in step with the pace of change and the breakneck speed of the modern technology revolution…
And frankly, that’s some challenge! So, most importantly, we are absolutely delighted that our current clients in Wardour Street are extremely happy with the new renovations and simply love the new fit-out.
