Legacy Place, a serviced office operator in Nigeria, opened the doors to its first location recently in Lagos’ commercial hub, Victoria Island.
According to the African publication Bellanaija, the 300 sq ft. Victoria Island serviced office location boasts a collection of contemporary Nigerian art and eight private office suites, as well as one meeting room. Bellanaija’s article also notes an important benefit of the workspace in the region: “efficient uninterrupted power supply.”
Legacy Place’s opening is further evidence of the flexible workspace industry market growth and increased demand. According to the article, Legacy Place is responding to a Nigerian market need.
“In recent times more organizations have started to switch over to full serviced office[s] because of the flexibility they provide, with short-term base agreements, access to high-quality equipment, trained staff and necessary maintenance which come[s] as a standard.”
Established early this year, Legacy Place has plans of expansion across Lagos and other Nigerian cities.
