Coworking operators in South America aren’t the only ones making significant investments in their brands. Florida based Quest Workspaces recently signed a US$5 million deal to open a new coworking space in Plantation, Florida.
According to the article by the South Florida Business Journal, Quest’s new location will feature “an open floor plan in addition to private offices, meeting rooms, a walking treadmill and relaxation rooms.”
Speaking of the location itself, 150 South Pine Island Road, Quest CEO and Founder, Laura Kozelouzek highlights that it’s a central location that currently hosts many multinational corporations. A fact that she believes will provide value to Quest members:
“Our clients recognize the value in choosing this type of thriving environment for office space whether it be for full-time offices, co-working or occasional meeting rooms.” -Laura Kozelouzek, South Florida Business Journal.
Quest’s new location, as well as Sharing EC’s recent building acquisition, are proof that the flexible workspace industry is continuously growing and thriving.
