RYE, N.Y., June 13, 2016 — New York based Serendipity Labs Coworking is announcing today that Cameron Management has become the exclusive Serendipity Labs franchise development partner for the Houston metropolitan area, with plans for opening ten upscale coworking locations in urban and suburban Houston markets.
Serendipity Labs attracts members from a cross section of businesses of all sizes, independent workers, and entrepreneurs who are looking for inspirational and flexible workspace as an alternative to conventional leasing commitments. Each location will offer memberships that can include coworking access, private offices, team rooms for up to 20 people, or dedicated workstations. Cameron Management plans to open a Lab in Downtown Houston’s iconic Esperson by the end of 2016. The Serendipity Labs planned location will be at the street level with connections from both the street and pedestrian tunnel. This signature space, managed by local Serendipity Labs staff, will include a worklounge and event reception area providing a full schedule of day-time and evening, meetups, seminars and programming. Members will have access to all Serendipity Labs locations across the country and can make workspace and meeting room reservations via the Serendipity Labs website or mobile app.
