BE Offices (“BE”), one of the UK’s leading independent serviced office providers, today announces that it is launching a 11,253 sq ft centre at 32 Threadneedle Street in the heart of the City.

Laid out over five floors the building has been the subject of an extensive £2m refurbishment programme that has created an ultra-modern Grade A serviced offices centre providing a total of 190 workstations.

In addition to high quality break out and other communal areas, Threadneedle Street will also provide clients with an in-house gym. The centre is being formally launched on 4 November 2016.

Threadneedle Street forms part of BE’s strategy of investing heavily in its existing portfolio of centres and over the past two years the company’s multi-million-pound refurbishment programme has upgraded properties at Wembley, Cheapside, Reading, Minories and Milton Keynes.

David Saul, BE’s Managing Director, commented: “We are delighted to be launching this superb centre in the heart of the City at a time when the underlying demand for serviced offices is incredibly strong. Threadneedle Street is aimed at our traditional market, comprising both SME’s and international corporates, who not only look for a quality fit-out but an extremely high standard of service – something which BE is renowned for.”

BE recently announced annual results for the year to end December 2015 which showed the Company’s net assets almost doubling to £71.6m with gross assets of £172.5m.

Over the course of the current year BE has acquired four Central London centres taking its total portfolio to 17 across 730,000 sq ft while total workstations now stand at almost 14,000.

As a result of these acquisitions BE saw annualised income rise to more than £36m in July and remain at these levels throughout the summer and early autumn. This will have a hugely positive impact on the current year with BE anticipating a £9m operating profit.
