WeWork Opens 8th Location in China

We can’t get over GCUC and WeWork can’t keep still. According to the Shanghai Daily, the coworking giant opened this Tuesday (May 9th) its latest location on East Yan’an Road, under a strategic partnership with Sino-Ocean group.

Coworking in China and the rest of Asia is about to get hotter, as WeWork powers its growth and China-based workspace operators partner to compete in the territory.

Real Estate Firm, Savills, Launches Flexible Workspace Service in Ireland

The Irish Independent reported this Wednesday, May 10th that real estate firm, Savills, has launched its flexible workspace brokerage service ‘Workthere’ in Ireland. According to the Irish publication, “the brokerage service and website listing platform will offer a professional, easy, and transparent way for office providers to let their space.”
