Louisville, CO (July 11, 2017) – Office Evolution, a rapidly-growing B2B franchise offering co-working space, private office space and business services, today unrolled new simplified plans and pricing making it easier than ever for business professionals to compare providers and choose plans and services that meet their needs.

“Our industry has experienced phenomenal growth in the last five years, which is great for business professionals looking for office space and services,” said Mark Hemmeter, Founder and CEO. “However, with that growth came a lack of industry standardization and the choice of providers, plans and costs can be overwhelming to analyze. Our goal is to make it easy for current and potential clients to compare providers and choose the services they need in the most cost-effective way.”

Office Evolution’s business centers are much more than typical “coworking” facilities, offering everything from dedicated and shared workspaces to a full complement of administrative support services. The U.S. workforce has undergone a major transformation with more than 30% of all U.S. workers now being independent contractors, temporary workers and solopreneurs – and that number is growing. (1) (2). These freelancers range from start-ups, field workers and solo practitioners needing only a shared space to seasoned professionals who need more services and quieter spaces to conduct business.

“Our new simplified plans make it easy for both seasoned professionals and solopreneurs to find the services they need today, as well as later when their businesses grow. It’s now easier than ever to add a service or upgrade a plan when needed – without getting locked into expensive long-term leases and plans,” said Hemmeter. “Moreover, at the core of our offerings is a community of like-minded professionals keen on helping each other grow. Our Business Center Managers are at the heart of each center working to connect, collaborate and provide un-paralleled support to our members.”
