New York, NY — February 27, 2018 — Industrious, a premium workplace platform and coworking solution, today announced that it has closed an $80 Million Series C funding round co-led by Riverwood Capital and Fifth Wall Ventures.

This Series C funding is rounded out by investors from Alrai, Outlook, Rabina Properties, Schechter Private Capital, Wells Fargo Strategic Capital; which also holds membership in Industrious’ Tampa location.

The company has also grown at at 150% CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate, revenue) over the last three years (2015 – 2017). The Series C financing will allow Industrious to continue its expansion trajectory. The funding will also be used to support further experimentation and exploration surrounding the future of work and workplace technologies, which will lead to more efficient and effective use of space.
