Multi-unit franchise developer signs lease in Carmel as first of three Indianapolis locations

CARMEL, Ind., July 27, 2018 — Serendipity Labs Coworking announced today that its first Indianapolis area shared office and coworking location will be in the Midtown Carmel redevelopment project that is a joint venture between Old Town Development and Ambrose Property Group. Slated to open in 4Q 2018, the 24,000 sq.ft. workplace will overlook the popular Monon Greenway on the second floor of 517 Monon Boulevard, and is an essential element of the live/work/play redevelopment that local residents are already enjoying.

Experienced multi-unit franchise developers Alex Perchuk, Danny Wengrod and Robert Baker will open three Serendipity Labs in the Indianapolis area. Serendipity Labs was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle with Michael Berman, managing director, and Graham Summers, executive vice president. Old Town Development and Ambrose Property Group were represented by Adam Broderick, managing director, Jones Lang LaSalle.
