One landlord told Commercial Real Estate that “I see the situation in the future (where) within every 30,000-square-metre building that I’ve got having a coworking group of some sort in the building.”[/ezcol_3quarter_end]

Earlier this week Servcorp reported its annual results for the 12 months ending June 30, 2018. The results showed that revenue was down 5% and that net profit after tax (NPAT) declined by 75%. Operating cash flow fell by 8% tand cash on the balance sheet declined by 10%. [/ezcol_3quarter_end]
