Though WeWork’s no meat policy is bold, it’s not strategic according to a recent GreenBiz analysis

[ezcol_1quarter][/ezcol_1quarter] [ezcol_3quarter_end]Coworking Will Get More Popular
Commercial Real Estate reported that coworking spaces are “the lungs” of today’s buildings, emphasising the growing importance of these spaces to landlords and property owners. One landlord told Commercial Real Estate that “I see the situation in the future (where) within every 30,000-square-metre building that I’ve got having a coworking group of some sort in the building.”[/ezcol_3quarter_end]

[ezcol_1quarter][/ezcol_1quarter] [ezcol_3quarter_end]WeWork’s Controversial Green Policy
In the piece “What’s missing in WeWork’s environmental policies — the community voice”, GreenBiz argues that WeWork’s decision is “bold, without being strategic”. Moreover, the article brings forth the issue of why WeWork didn’t seek the input of its community. “Considering the focus and mission of WeWork, it is strange that the company did not engage either its employees, affiliated enterprises or customers in making this significant move toward environmental sustainability (…) This policy affects them all. Why not seek their input?” [/ezcol_3quarter_end]
