Knotel believes Brexit will increase flexible workspace demand in London, which is why its planning to add 9 more locations in the UK city

International Workplace Group’s (IWG) coworking arm, Spaces, took up over 33,000 square feet of office space at Rockpoint Group’s building located in 413 West 14th Street, the Commercial Observer reported. According to sources, Spaces signed a 15 year lease and it will move into the space during the first quarter of 2019. [/ezcol_3quarter_end]

“Knotel Inc. is growing its footprint in London, betting its flexible office-space model can profit from uncertainty surrounding the U.K. property market as Brexit approaches,” the Wall Street Journal reported this week (paywall). According to the report, the flexible workspace company will take up nine more locations in London before the end of the month (October). [/ezcol_3quarter_end]

Fitler Club, a private membership club that took up space in the new headquarters of Aramark Crop. has plans to lease an additional 32,000 square feet to build out its new business venture, Offsite, the brand’s coworking concept.
