International Workplace Group’s (IWG) coworking arm, Spaces, took up over 33,000 square feet of office space at Rockpoint Group’s building located in 413 West 14th Street, the Commercial Observer reported. “Knotel Inc. is growing its footprint in London, betting its flexible office-space model can profit from uncertainty surrounding the U.K. property market as Brexit approaches,” the Wall Street Journal reported this week (paywall). Fitler Club, a private membership club that took up space in the new headquarters of Aramark Crop. has plans to lease an additional 32,000 square feet to build out its new business venture, Offsite, the brand’s coworking concept.
