Coworking firm Knotel has announced it has signed three new leases for a combined 80,000 square feet in Chelsea that marks its continuing expansion in Manhattan.
The largest of the three is a 51,000 square foot space at the Rosen family’s 27 West 23rd property, where the company will occupy the second and third floors.
It will also take over 21,000 square feet at Bonafide’s Estate and a little over 6,000 square feet at Savanna’s 31 West 27th Street.
Colliers Internationals’ Michael Cohen, John Paone, and Jessica Verde represented the tenant in the Savanna deal, while associates at CBRE represented the landlord.
Knotel has grown to over 2 million square feet of state across 100 locations since its launch in 2015.
