Coworking operator Spaces has announced that Deloitte will be its only tenant in the company’s new Vancouver location.
Deloitte, a multinational professional services network, already has a presence in 15 other IWG spaces globally. The Vancouver Sun is reporting that the company may have as many as 700 employees in the new space.
The new location is in Vancouver’s Tom Lee Music Building on Granville Street.
“This move to Spaces Granville—a ‘non-traditional’ location for a professional services firm—is a milestone in our journey and commitment to flexibility, collaboration, and innovation for our people and clients,” said Etienne Bruson, managing partner at British Columbia Deloitte Canada.
Wayne Berger, CEO of IWG Canada and Latin America, said that the company wants to support enterprises like Deloitte to help further revolutionize the workspace.
