Together, they take up 27.2 million square feet of office space; however, the top 10 largest flexible workspace brands account for 80% of that number. The Asian flexible workspace operator recently announced that it will double its regional footprint in Asia Pacific by the end of the first quarter of 2019. The company has plans to open four locations in Australia, specifically in Melbourne and Sydney.
