Knotel has signed two new New York City leases as it continues its rampant expansion in Midtown Manhattan.
The first lease takes up 11,400 square feet out of the 73,000 square foot 580 Eighth Avenue building. The second location takes up 8,574 square feet on the 20th floor of 575 Eighth Avenue. These transactions come less than a month after it took up 39,000 square feet at another building in the same area.
