Regus signs lease in Bournemouth’s Oxford Point

Regus has signed a 32,000 square foot lease in Bournemouth at Oxford Point, a 486-bedroom student building with brand new office space that sprawls across three floors.

In June 2017, the office space was acquired by Europa Generation on behalf of the Europa Generation Student Fund. The building was finished in September of 2018 and gives students of Arts University Bournemouth and Bournemouth University access.

“As flexible working continues to grow rapidly across the country, this new centre will offer something new to the area’s businesses, benefiting everyone from local entrepreneurs to the larger businesses that call Bournemouth home,” said Steve Holloway, UK network development director at Regus.
