San Diego-based CommonGrounds Workplace has signed a 13-year lease to take up 46,000 square feet in downtown Los Angeles.
The new space will be situated on the seventh and a portion of the eighth floor on Wilshire Boulevard and is expected to open in early 2020.
Currently, the firm has five locations across the U.S. and will open two more locations in L.A. this year.
