New York-based office provider Knotel has inked three new deals for flexible offices in central London, bringing the company’s footprint to 180,000 square feet in the area.
The new leases will cover 40,000 square feet at Finsbury Market, St. James’ Jermyn Street, and on Stephen Street.
“Our expansion is driven by demand for a flexible office product from established UK companies interested in matching their real estate to their business requirements, particularly against the backdrop of an uncertain macroeconomic climate,” said Eugene Lee, Global Head of Real Estate and Business Development at Knotel.
