This year’s coworking trends are continuing to build off of the previous year as digital nomads and other workers become more inclined to choose flexible and alternative workplaces.
Coworking has been at the forefront of many research studies and, overall, they have found that professionals tend to flock to flexible workspaces thanks to their cost efficiency and diverse offerings that are not seen in traditional offices.
Now, coworking spaces are expected to provide even more amenities beyond cafes and entertainment. Coworking spaces will start incorporating more upscale facilities such as health clubs, dry cleaning, and even pigeon-hole rooms for a place to stay.
Another trend is the pay-per-use model that is widely seen across India’s coworking spaces that allows members to pay for only the services they use.
The diversification of coworking spaces is also coming to a head, as the industry works to rebut its reputation as a distracting and noisy environment by providing more private spaces to accommodate all working types.
