New York-based coworking operator Knotel has signed two deals in Midtown Manhattan totaling 17,600 square feet of space.
The firm will occupy 11,200 square feet across two floors at 590 Fifth Avenue and 6,400 square feet at 597 Fifth Avenue, also known as Charles Scribner’s Sons Building. This deal comes shortly after the company signed a 80,650 square foot lease at 110 William Street.
