Coworking firm Spaces will make its Brickell Avenue debut, signing a 49,000 square foot lease and take over Regus’ current 18,000 square feet in the 28-story office building.
Regus has leased the space since 1991 and has been expanding its Miami footprint.
The TIAA-owned building is expected to undergo a major exterior renovation to include an outdoor meeting area and retail amenities.
The buildings is 99% occupied and current tenants include major corporations such as MasterCard, Booking.com, and others.
Currently, Regus operates the most square footage in Miami-Dade County as of October 30, with WeWork following closely in second.
