According to sources, WeWork is about to close one of its biggest deals in Europe to date. The coworking giant is hoping to move into Goldman Sachs’ Fleet Street headquarters at Peterborough Court. The investment bank is expected to vacate the art deco building later this year to move into its new headquarters.
Last year, WeWork became central London’s biggest office occupier. The news of the Peterborough Court deal comes shortly after the firm disclosed that it had filed documents for an IPO and a few days after word got out that it was seeking a $2.75 billion credit line.
Though the company reported billion dollar losses last year, it continues with its fast-paced growth-plans.
