UK serviced office provider, BizSpace, has acquired two office buildings in Kent.
Long-running UK flexible office provider, BizSpace, has acquired two town center buildings in Maidstone, Kent, for a total of £4.15 million (approximately 5.2 million USD).
The company bought Kestrel House and Knightrider House, which are adjacent to each other, and now plans to invest a further £1.1 million (approximately 1.3 million USD) in a “comprehensive refurbishment” of the interior space over the next four months.
