Israeli coworking brand Mixer is launching a new space in Tel Aviv’s Gan Ha’ir Mall, featuring a mix of shared office and retail space.

The company, which was founded in 2016, has signed for 23,680 sq ft of space adjacent to the Tel Aviv City Hall, which will be the brand’s fourth location.

Half of Mixer’s new space is already set aside for Tel Aviv-based website building company Wix.com. Approximately 300 Wix employees will be temporarily based at the new space, ahead of a future relocation to Wix’s new purpose-built Tel Aviv campus, set to be completed in 2022.

Mixer’s other shared spaces are based in Tel Aviv and Herzliya, and the Israeli coworking brand recently announced plans to open its first international space in Washington D.C. in 2020.
