A recent survey by Wildgoose found that flexible workspaces improve employees mental health. [bctt tweet=”Flexible working policies lead to better work-life balance and they can improve talent attraction and retention.” username=”allwork_space”]

The survey found that employees want flexible working policies to maintain work-life balance and to be able to address urgent situations–should they arise–without negatively affecting their work. Employees also stated that these policies show that employers trust their staff and care about them.

Maximize Flexible Space Revenue

The most significant finding was that 39% of people surveyed stated that they noticed a significant improvement in their mental health after they started to work flexibly. Furthermore, 68% of parents stated that being able to work flexibility helped them better juggle work and family life.
