EQ Office has completed the 1.4 million square foot, Los Angeles Playa District property in its partnership with Industrious and District Tech.
Playa District was designed for the modern tenant as it offers indoor and outdoor work areas, an on-site gym, gaming areas, concierge services, food trucks, and a weekly farmers market.
District Tech developed a mobile app for tenants that allows users to gain access to the entire campus, stay updated on building news, and RSVP to events.
Industrious will serve as the tenant experience manager for over 150 businesses and will also provide a 92,000 square foot flexible office space.
