WORKSUITES Opens Third Location In Uptown

Dallas (July, 2019) – WORKSUITES announces it third coworking space in Uptown at 4131 NCX, located at 4131 North Central Expressway. This announcement comes shortly after WORKSUITES expanded its second location in Uptown at 2626 Cole to meet the growing demand for flexible office space.

WORKSUITES leased two floors at 4131 NCX totaling 29,530 square feet. This is WORKSUITES 19th location, 15th in Dallas-Fort Worth. The new location i set to open December 1. 

“Our second Uptown location was 90% occupied within weeks of opening,” said WORKSUITES’ CEO, Flip Howard. “The demand for all types of flexible workspace is growing exponentially, and entrepreneurs and professionals want options without long term commitments or large start-up costs.”
