Singapore-based coworking operator JustCo has announced its fourth location in South Korea is expected to open in November 2019.
The space, dubbed JustCo Tower, is situated within a 16-story building in Seoul’s Gangnam district and will be the first location where it is leasing the whole building to tenants.
JustCo Tower will feature amenities such as a rooftop lounge, private suites, hot desks, an on-site cafe, event spaces, and more. So far, 60% of the space is accounted for.
“JustCo’s rapid expansion in Korea speaks volumes of the market potential in coworking space,” said Kong Wan Sing, CEO of JustCo.
