NEW YORK, NY (October 16, 2019) – Industrious, the largest premium flexible workspace provider in the U.S., today announced it has signed a location in Coral Gables, FL in partnership with NP International.  Located in the new mixed-use development Paseo de la Riviera, Industrious will occupy 25,000 square-feet of retail storefront space. The location is expected to be open for business Q1 2020.
