China-based coworking provider Ucommune has opened up new coworking spaces across the country.
The shared offices are located in Yanjiao Town Fudi Plaza, Sanhe, Hebei Province and Minmetals Happiness Lane in Beijing.
The company is adopting an asset light business model that will allow owners to use the coworking firm’s brand and resources in order to build communities and boost local business development. Since introducing this model, Ucommune has finished over 30 projects across Beijing, Shijiazhuang, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other cities.
“The ‘Asset light’ style of management is an innovative approach that allows us to rapidly expand our footprint in China,” said Dr. Daqing Mao, founder and chairman of Ucommune. “With smart technology and standardized business operations, we can rapidly connect more members in communities across China, unleashing their potential and creating maximum value for society.”
The company has also released a ‘Standardized Operations Process Manual’ guidebook that covers design, construction, financial management and more to ensure product quality.
