Coworking company Serendipity Labs has revealed its entry into several new markets that are all expected to open this year.
The company will open two new locations this month in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, where it will take up 34,000 square feet, and a 23,000 square foot space in the New York metro of Westport, Connecticut.
Additionally, the company will open a new 27,500 square foot location in Dallas suburb McKinney within the HUB 121 Office Park. Its new Houston location will be located in the Galleria submarket on the 20th floor of the Marathon Oil Tower.
In Memphis, the company will open a 20,000 square foot coworking space located near the border of Germantown.
The company will also open a new location in Marlton, New Jersey, a suburb of Philadelphia, where it will take up the entire third floor at 50 Lake Center Executive Park.
Along with its other new suburban locations, Serendipity will open a space in St. Louis suburb Clayton where it will take up 16,700 square feet.
