Various workspaces providers have come together to create a playbook for how to return to the workplace. This group, coined the Workspace Operator Readiness Council, includes well-known providers such as Convene, Industrious, IWG, CBRE’s Hana, Mindspace, JustCo and several others.
“There is a pathway to delivering a safe, healthy, psychologically safe workspace experience in this period, when we return to work but before a vaccine is available,” said Jamie Hodari, CEO of Industrious. “But it’s going to require learning from each other, and collaboration and coordination, to get the best outcome.”
The goal is to have the playbook available in a few weeks and will be updated as the current situation constantly evolves. It will include information that addresses the design, technology and behavioral changes needed to abide by physical distancing and sanitation guidelines, as well as other steps that can be taken to ensure the health of occupants.
