October, 2020 – Australia’s largest privately-owned flexible workspace provider, Hub Australia, is set to expand its national footprint announcing a new site opening in Canberra within Amalgamated Property Group’s newly completed A-Grade development, Civic Quarter. Expected to open in early 2021, the tenancy marks Hub Australia’s tenth location nationally and continues the trend for Hub’s focus on premium level workspace partnerships with property owners.
Hub Civic Quarter, located at the gateway to Canberra’s CBD at 68 Northbourne Avenue, will occupy two levels of premium flexible office space, accommodating 300 members. National commercial and residential property developer, Amalgamated Property Group, are Canberra based and have designed Civic Quarter to meet the needs of the Capital’s modern worker and private corporations with its flexible floorplate options, premium end-of-trip facilities and concierge services.
In partnership with Amalgamated, Hub will also manage the Civic Quarter Business Centre bringing Hub’s new site total footprint to approximately 2,000 square metres. Amalgamated has recently welcomed a number of blue-chip tenants to Civic Quarter in recent months, including Westpac/St George, AECOM, Ashhurst Lawyers, Colliers International, Datacom and Indesco.
