New York, NY (May 5, 2021) –Tishman Speyer today opens two new locations of its own coworking brand, Studio, in New York City at 11 West 42nd Street and 175 Varick Street. The 42nd Street location offers nearly 40,000 square feet of premium and flexible work space, and Studio at Varick Street is initially comprised of three floors with the potential to grow to up to 80,000 square feet, as the brand’s first location in Downtown Manhattan. The new spaces expand the brand’s Manhattan footprint which currently include Studio at Rockefeller Center, 300 Park Avenue, and CitySpire, totaling approximately 350,000 square feet of the coworking platform in NY, and almost 500,000 square feet when considering the Studio Private and Gather spaces in NYC alone.
