Common Desk Expands Dallas Footprint

Coworking operator Common Desk has expanded its Dallas footprint with a new location on Greenville Avenue in the recently renovated Energy Square.

The Energy Square campus features five buildings off North Central Expressway and University Drive, where Common Desk will take up 25,000 square feet of space in Building 2. The facility will offer 62 offices, 11 conferences rooms, three midsize suites, and an open coworking area.

The new location marks the second partnership between the operator and USAA Real Estate. Currently, Common Desk has 20 locations across Texas and North Carolina.
