As vaccination rates and demand for flexibility continue to climb, IWG has locked in leases for companies adjusting to new hybrid work models.
Among IWG’s new locations is Signature Manhattan, which is the first of the company’s luxury brand in the area in partnership with landlord AEW Capital Management.
The facility takes up 58,000 square feet on Park Avenue and features office amenities, retail space, recently updated infrastructure, fiber-optic phone lines, and more.
Signature Manhattan is situated above Grand Central Station and offers a combination of private offices and coworking spaces spanning over 200 workstations.
“The opening of this latest location is a demonstration of renewed confidence in the New York City market and will meet the growing demand for hybrid work solutions,” said Mark Dixon, CEO and founder at IWG.
