Coworking and health club company Life Time Work’s flagship location will have its grand opening in downtown Minneapolis today.
The new 54,000 square foot facility is situated on the top three floors of a former YMCA and will mark the firm’s third location for its coworking brand in Minnesota and eighth overall.
“We’re very excited to open this new Life Time Work Minneapolis locations and be part of the revitalization of downtown Minneapolis,” said Brooks Hagen, senior director of Life Time Work.
This will be Life Time Work’s largest location and feature a capacity of 540 members, 72 stand-alone desks, 103 private offices, 10 conference rooms, soundproof phone booths, two kitchens with free coffee, and two outdoor patios.
The grand opening follows news that Life Time Work is planning to go public again 17 years after its IPO and six years after CEO Bahram Akradi took the company private.
