WeWork’s Monthly Membership Is Guiding Companies To Flexibility

WeWork’s All Access membership aims to help companies easily transition to flexible arrangements, particularly during a time when demand for agile workspaces is growing.

The program allows users monthly access to any of WeWork’s 700 locations in the world, allowing them to use a safe, convenient workspace. The operator will also offer a 40% discount for the first three months for new users.

Offices part of the program include 25 buildings across Mexico, where there has been a 500% increase of people in WeWork locations compared to the time before the pandemic.

Demand for these spaces has skyrocketed, with a Gallup poll finding that 80% of employees would be more loyal to their company if they were offered flexibility.

“Providing a flexible work model for employees through WeWork All Access will have a positive impact on people, companies and the planet,” said Álvaro Villar, general manager of WeWork in Mexico. “This flexibility not only influences the employee’s work well-being by giving them options to increase their well-being and productivity, but it can transform the dynamics of the city by reducing the carbon footprint and traffic in cities. The possibilities are endless, we have the opportunity to generate a real change.”
