Ucommune has announced another asset-light coworking project in Datong, Shanxi in China as part of its City Partner Program.
The project is called “Daton Young Entrepreneurs Village – Ucommune” and will offer services for its landlord partners and tenants, such as designing, marketing, smart management systems, community events, and more.
The space will take up over 330,000 square feet and feature 1,500 workstations. It is currently under construction, is expected to be completed by April of 2022, and aims to open for operation by June of 2022.
The company’s City Partner Program aims to provide new opportunities in third and fourth-tier cities by connecting with business partners.
“Ucommune’s nationwide brand awareness and large scale of operations have laid a solid foundation for our cooperation,” said Chen Haichao, Ucommune’s City Partner in Datong and Sponsor of the Project. “Leveraging Ucommune’s capabilities and experience of workspace operations and management, we are confident that we will quickly develop this Project into a benchmark coworking space in Datong and provide standardized and premium services to local start-ups.”
