Online job review platform Glassdoor has revealed its Best Places to Work in 2022.

“When you’re in a meeting, there is no hierarchy. It’s a free flow of ideas from everybody.”

SaaS company HubSpot came in second, marking another technology company that is making a good impression on their employees.

In fact, 40 of Glassdoor’s top 100 and half of the top 10 included Silicon Valley companies, such as Google that ranked number seven and Salesforce at number 10.

According to the analysis, the biggest factor that appeared to impact employee happiness was corporate culture. More specifically, healthy culture was cited by workers across all top 10 companies.

Even more, research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management showed that toxic workplace culture was the leading indicator of employee attrition in 2021.
