With remote working becoming a more accessible arrangement for many professionals, the freedom to work from wherever, whenever has enticed many.

Instead of staying in the Northeast during peak winter months, workers can move down south where the weather remains mild, and the cost of living is cheaper.

For apartment management company The Guild, this has provided a significant opportunity for growth.

The apartment rental model is being impacted by this shift to flexible work, and The Guild is ensuring that their living spaces are equipped with the tools that remote workers need.

The Guild allows workers who are considering moving to a new city to rent an apartment for several months to get a feel of the area. Tenants can opt for either short or long-term leases, as well as gain access to several amenities such as outdoor pools, gyms, outdoor terraces, and more.

The company offers tech-enabled apartments across the country for remote workers and digital nomads, allowing people to successfully blend their professional and personal lives.

Recently, the company acquired CREA Management which has allowed it to expand its flexible living platform.

Currently, The Guild manages over 2,000 units across seven markets including Austin; Bay Harbor, Florida; Cincinnati; Dallas; Denver; Miami; and San Antonio.
