OfficeSpace, a workplace management software platform, has received a $150 million investment from Vista Equity Partners
According to the firm, the funding will be used to “continue building upon its industry-leading platform, empowering organizations to continually enhance and evolve their workplace strategy, including how they’re allocating their real estate investments and enabling employee productivity through insightful dashboards and reporting.”
The investment shows confidence in the future of proptech tools like OfficeSpace, which allows companies to view how workers interact with the office, helps with meeting room booking, as well as physical distancing guidelines.
OfficeSpace has also upgraded its services to include a new tool intended for hybrid work called Neighborhoods. The service allows businesses to easily organize their office based on teams, projects, and collaboration needs.
