Real estate services company Avison Young has appointed two former WeWork employees for the launch of its UK flexible workspace team.ย
Martin Devine, former head of broker and agent development for WeWork UK and Ireland, has come on as principal. Additionally, former senior associate at WeWork Robbie MacDonald will join as an associate director.ย ย
This move comes over two years after Avison Young created its US flexible office firm under the leadership of Charlie Morris, who was the former business development director at LiquidSpace.ย
Together, Devine, Robbie, and Morris will โpromote cross-border insightsโ as demand for hybrid and flexible working continues to proliferate across the world.ย
